Bigwin Island Waterfront Association

Bigwin Island is a 520-acre private island on the beautiful Lake of Bays, in the heart of Muskoka. BIWA — the Bigwin Island Waterfront Association — is an incorporated not-for-profit association of approximately 102 property owners.

We represent the island's waterfront property owners, steward our shared common lands, and help neighbours care for their cottages — alongside the private Bigwin Island Golf Club.
